A Snapshot of Your Day
As a Senior Manager, Sales at Hanesbrands, your day will be filled with strategic planning, client engagement, and team leadership. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop tailored solutions that drive mutual success with key accounts. From analyzing market trends to negotiating contracts, you'll play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
In this role, you'll own and direct the sales relationship with Family Dollar, overseeing our apparel portfolio. You'll be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive sales, marketing, and merchandising strategies across multiple brands within the category, ensuring profitable sales growth while driving both top- and bottom-line impact.
How You'll Make an Impact
• Develop and execute strategic plans to grow key accounts and build strong relationships
• Gain a deep understanding of clients' objectives and propose tailored solutions
• Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other teams to ensure client satisfaction
• Identify and develop strategic partnerships, negotiating contracts and pricing agreements
• Lead and manage the Broker Sales Team, providing direction, support, and professional development to align with Hanesbrands' overall strategic goals.
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience (including at least 5 years in sales), or 4+ additional years of experience in lieu of a degree.
• Master's degree in Business, Marketing or related field with 8+ years relevant work experience.
• Proven experience in sales, account management, business development, broker management, and retailer buying and planning.
• Strong negotiation and influencing abilities, with a track record of successfully closing deals
• Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze data and drive strategic decision-making
• Leadership experience in managing and developing a team of sales professionals
Location:
Candidates can ideally be based in Winston-Salem, NC, or Chesapeake, VA.
