Summary: Responsible for optimizing the logistics and supply chain processes on a global scale. Analyzing data to enhance efficiency, coordinating logistics activities, and ensuring regulatory compliance with US Customs and Border Protection (19CFR) and the Department of Commerce (15CFR) for Acushnet Company brands. Collaborate with various stakeholders, including suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams, to facilitate smooth operations and improve overall supply chain performance.


Responsibilities:



  • Monitor, coordinate, and manage international shipments (includes air and ocean forecasts, freight bookings, and ISF filings) with Acushnet's International Freight Providers from overseas in accordance with contracted terms and conditions.

  • Generate and analyze reporting to identify risks and opportunities within the supply chain. Audit freight and duty invoices, maintain a landed cost database, and in-transit report. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to logistics operations.

  • Communicate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to provide clear and timely instructions overseas.

  • Point person for the Nexus platform. Become the subject matter expert (SME) in all areas of the platform, understanding all mapping, processes, reporting, and management of LSP relationships.

  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiencies.


Requirements:



  • 4-year degree preferred.

  • A minimum of 3-5 years of direct experience in Customs Compliance, Exports, and International Logistics. Licensed Customs Broker experience is a plus, but not required.

  • Working knowledge of import/export regulations, import/export documentation and recordkeeping. U.S. Customs Law and Supply Chain Management highly desirable.


Salary: $72,058-$89,995
