Work Schedule/ Location: Fully on-site in San Leandro, CA
Hours: Part- Time Hours 25- 30 hours / week.
Salary: $22/ hour

Duties and Responsibilities
Schedule and respond to work orders.
Perform preventative maintenance to reduce expenses.
Perform cosmetic and routine maintenance throughout the property.
Conduct unit inspections throughout the year and complete identified maintenance items.
Trouble-shoot electrical, plumbing, and HVAC issues.
Perform unit turnovers, including drywall repair, patch/paint, fixture repair, door locks, etc.
Paint units and community areas throughout the property.
Be available on-call for building emergencies.
Other duties as assigned by the Site Supervisor or Program Manager.
Empty garbage cans to dumpsters/ push dumpsters outside the curb for pick up.
Bag, tag, and store participants abandoned personal belongings.
Organize storage area.
Support in keeping the site safe, clean, and secure.
Observe and report incidents.
Replace empty propane cylinders
Coordinate meal coordination and distribution.
Inform Manager of emergencies.
Sanitize common areas.
Provide property management support in safety planning preventive maintenance, site sanitation planning, disaster preparedness planning, and other projects assigned.
