Position Summary: Perform a wide range of administrative duties to coordinate and expedite the flow of work between departments. This position requires a high level of detail, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Project management experience a plus!

Priorities:


  • Plan work assignments and equipment allocations to meet transportation, operations or production goals

  • Examine documents to assess completeness, accuracy, and conformance to standards and specifications.

  • Direct workers in transportation related services, such as moving or loading or unloading of materials, and mitigate any move issues.

  • Audit moves to ensure adherence to contract specifications prior to billing.

The pay range is $24 - $28 per hour. Starting pay rate will vary based on criteria such as location, experience, qualifications, and the terms of any applicable agreement. Dependent on the length of service, hours worked, and applicable agreements, benefits include medical, dental, vision, life, and optional disability insurance, sick pay of 2.66 hours for every 80 hours worked, Vacation pay of 3.08 hours for every 80 hours worked, paid holidays (6 days annually), three personal days (prorated based on start date), bereavement pay and retirement benefits.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities): The following are required to enable job holders to perform the essential functions of the job


  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • At least 2 years of related experience

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize
