What You'll Need to Bring to the Table:

Two years sales experience, or apartment and marketing experience
High school diploma, AA or college degree preferred.
Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Proficient with Yardi.
Strong analytical, problem-solving and organization skills.
Detail oriented, self-motivated and ability to work independently
Strong work ethic and positive team-player attitude.
Strong time management skills.
Solid communication skills.
Experience using Rent Café, Yardi and CRM are preferred.

Your Calling Will Be:

Generating traffic
Qualify potential residents & verify applications.
Tour/Lease apartments.
Handle other duties and special projects as assigned.
