Accurate Group, an Industry leader in technology-driven appraisal management and title services is seeking Application Administrator to add to its growing team. The Application Administrator will support all existing clients and vendor partners in their use of the platform by way of training, software configuration, documentation, project management and various other customer service duties. The Application Administrator will be responsible for the maintenance and implementation of new and existing features in the software across all AppraisalWorks environments. IN addition, this role will be required to augment our sales team by helping them deliver configured software to clients and encourage the expanded use of that software throughout their time as our client.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Setup and training for new clients
Ongoing maintenance and support for existing clients – helping them grow their use of the software.
Helpdesk support for all inbound inquiries – diagnosing system issues and resolving them quickly.
Support vendor partners by training them on use of the platform, configuring the software for their business, as well as implementing and maintaining vendor integrations.
Support the development and quality assurance team.
Support the sales staff by translating client feedback into new features and improvements that will help to grow revenue.
Establish replicable processes and documentation to improve the implementation and maintenance of the software for our clients.
Aid in the release process for all new features and enhancements by configuring and updating the AppraisalWorks environments.
Accurately represent the software and the company as a highly configurable, customer service-oriented SaaS business.
Successful candidates will have the following proven skills:
Bachelor’s degree is required.
At least one to three years’ experience supporting software as a service with a particular emphasis on real estate valuation software or software to the mortgage industry.
Alternatively, 3-5 years in a mortgage production role assisting with origination, processing, or collateral evaluation, preferred but not required.
Experience in using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Outstanding organization and leadership skills.
Must be able to effectively manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a deadline driven environment.
Must have the ability to work independently and as a part of a team to achieve the goals of the organization.
Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with clients in support of their requests and to establish a relationship.
Must collaborate with our vendor partnersto set them up for success within theAppraisalWorks ecosystem.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals, financial reports, and legal documents. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community. Ability to write speeches and articles for publication that conform to prescribed style and format. Ability to effectively present information to top management, public groups, and/or boards of directors.
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
Job Type: Full-time/ Remote
Salary: $50,000 to $60,000
Schedule: Monday -Friday (8-hour shifts with extended shifts as needed)
