Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Reliability Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our manufacturing processes and equipment. This role involves analyzing and improving the performance of our production systems to minimize downtime and maximize productivity.


Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement reliability strategies and programs to improve equipment performance and reduce downtime.


• Conduct root cause analysis of equipment failures and implement corrective actions.


• Collaborate with maintenance and production teams to develop and execute preventive maintenance plans.


• Monitor and analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.


• Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance reliability and efficiency.


• Provide technical support and training to maintenance and production personnel.


• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.


• Manage and optimize spare parts inventory to support reliability initiatives.


• Prepare and present reports on reliability performance and improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.


• Minimum of 5 years of experience in reliability engineering, preferably in the food manufacturing industry.


• Strong knowledge of reliability engineering principles and practices.


• Experience with root cause analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), and preventive maintenance.


• Proficiency in using reliability analysis software and tools.


• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.


• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.


• Knowledge of safety, quality, and regulatory requirements in the food industry.
