Product Repair / Mod Technician C

Contract Position




$35.89-$43.93/Hour

Responsibilities:

• Assemble, disassemble, and modify aerospace systems by replacing or upgrading components to correct failures or implement changes.


• Troubleshoot and repair complex pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems to isolate and resolve mechanical or electrical faults.


• Perform validation and verification testing on systems and components to ensure proper functionality.


• Document repair processes, test results, modifications, and inspections to ensure compliance with contractual and regulatory standards.


• Inspect and verify component repairs for flight-worthiness requirements.


• Oversee training and provide guidance to team members as needed.


• Configure aerospace vehicles and bench test equipment for troubleshooting and testing purposes.

Qualifications:

• 
  Education & Experience: High School Diploma or GED combined with 4+ years of relevant work experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.


• 
  Technical Skills:
  
  
  
  • Expertise in aircraft wire assembly termination procedures.
  
  
  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes (preferred).
  
  
  • Solder qualifications (preferred).
