Job Description:

***This role is hybrid and will require 2 days per month in the King of Prussia, PA office for on-site collaboration.***
 

The Business Development Client Relations Associate is a mid-level position in Business Development and reports directly to the Assistant Director of Business Operations. They will provide daily administrative and direct client relations support services for Business Development’s preferred partners and client companies, and provides monthly, quarterly, and other scheduled reports. In addition, this position will provide General Administrative support to the SVP of Business Development with entering expense reports, setting up meetings, creating PowerPoints, Excel workbooks.

Essential Functions:


  • Provide a high-level of client relations support services for preferred partner companies.

  • Serve as a point of contact for partner companies.

  • Ensure the timely delivery of business reports requested by client companies, VPs and AVPs of Business Development.

  • Collaborate across departments to ensure client satisfaction and accountability.

  • Assist in the processing of the department’s accounts payables and receivables and maintaining office supplies.

  • Provide administrative support to SVP of Business Development.

  • Back up support to Assistant Director of Business Operations for specialized programs for preferred partner companies

  • Back up support to Assistant Director of Business Operations for internal and external processes


  • Bachelors’ Degree preferred; High School diploma required.

  • 3-5 years relevant work experience.

  • Knowledge of the Insurance/Financial Services industry preferred.

  • Progressive experience in organizational effectiveness, business and financial operations management, marketing, sales management and/or customer service in a professional environment.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, strong skills in PowerPoint and Excel, database management and financial systems/software.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with senior leadership, professional staff, alumni and corporate clients.

  • Strong administrative skills are a must.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.

  • Ability to manage multiple projects successfully, working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to work with close attention to detail.

  • Ability to work as part of a team as well as independently.

The Target Hiring Range is $50,500-$65,600
