Job Description Summary

Job Description
Job Responsibilities
Collect and organize human tissue samples, collect clinical and histological information and organize
Perform and genotyping quantitative PCR
Isolate RNA and DNA, measure concentration and examine quality
Microdissect human kidney tissue samples
Prepare histological slides, cutting and staining of samples
Compile and document research results and assist in data interpretation
Operate computer equipment in the collection and tabulation of research results
Send and receive samples and data interact with collaborators
Perform genotyping PCR

Qualifications
Bachelor of Science and 0 to 1 year of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
Preferred:
Experience or acquaintance with methods used in molecular biology laboratory.
