Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Marketing & Digital Experience Manager with a strong background in integrated marketing to support supplier engagement programs for scaling our SCD (Supply Chain Decarbonization) offers. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on sustainability being a significant bonus. (Open to hybrid or remote for internal candidates)

The incoming candidate will work with the SCD commercial lead as an extension of their team to help drive revenue-generation marketing, having oversight of a combination of responsibilities including, but not limited to : content strategy, data and analytics. In addition, 25% of this role will entail working with the commercial/offer teams to help land and expand new business programs, surrounding Schneider's Supply Chain Decarbonization (SCD) offer. The successful candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, client-facing skills, and also serve as a dedicated team player across highly-matrixed teams.

Key Responsibilities - Customer Experience & Content Marketing

  • Working with business leaders to develop integrated marketing + campaign plans: PR plans, messaging and content that align with our supply chain clients' strategic messaging. Surface market intelligence and formulate creative approaches to content development.
  • Business development acumen: Working closely with commercial partners and solutions offer leaders, possessing a keen understanding of commercial priorities and needs, with a lens toward growing business both with existing and net new clients. Works closely in partnership with Communication Services consulting team to help drive internal/external awareness of programs with sales partners across the business.
  • Create and edit content across a wide variety of media: support campaigns and initiatives, with primary emphasis on news releases, client stories, pitches/messaging, awards submissions, social media, talking points/prep materials, video scripts, and other editorial.
  • Manage client relationships: Build and foster strong relationships with other stakeholders, include other marketers, business leaders, senior executives, and reciprocal marketing and program teams for the clients that we serve.
  • Support the development of creative content activation plans: across earned, owned, and paid channels, including social media and events.

Key Responsibilities - Digital Marketing

  • Develop and implement exceptional digital communication strategies: Create and execute comprehensive digital marketing plans, for our communication services offer, working closely with the SCRI/SCD commercial team with Schneider's Sustainability Business. Last line of defense prior to communication sends to customers, partners, and prospects.
  • Design and execute email marketing campaigns: Support our SCRI/SCD program team by developing and managing targeted communication campaigns, including content creation, list segmentation, channel production + management (especially email and marketing automation software) and performance analysis, to drive engagement and conversions. Knowledge of A/B testing, delivery capabilities and communications. Develop visually engaging and impactful graphics using design tools like Canva, aligned with our brand standards.
  • Analyze and report on campaign performance: Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of digital marketing efforts, using analytics tools and KPIs, to inform future strategies and optimize ROI.
  • Leverage AI technologies: Utilize available artificial intelligence (AI) tools and platforms to enhance efficiency, improve decision-making, and optimize workflows within your job role.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams: Work closely with marketing team members, and other departments to ensure that marketing and communication efforts align with overall company goals and messaging. Client-facing capabilities, abilities to interpret data both for email marketing/digital campaigns, and present insights to internal/external clients

  • Exceptional communication and teamwork: Foster a collaborative environment by effectively communicating with team members, as well as external clients, sharing knowledge, and contributing to the overall success of the team. Ability to collaborate on highly matrixed teams across a global organization, working with C-level and senior supply chain decarbonization clients in a variety of industries and vertical sectors.


What qualifications will make you successful for this role?
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in B2B digital and customer marketing, with a hybrid focus on client development marketing, in addition to digital: social media, email marketing, paid promotion strategies, comfort with using and exploring AI tools.
  • Experience in the energy and sustainability sector is a strong bonus
  • Proficiency in graphic creation tools, social media management tools, email marketing platforms, and analytics tools. Dotdigital (email marketing) is a bonus
  • Exceptional written, presentation (client-facing), and verbal communication skills. Strong consultative skills are required
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Passion for staying current with industry trends and best practices
