Minimum Requirements:
• Active TS/SCI clearance required
• BS 8+ years of relevant experience; or MS 6+ years
• Ensures compliance with security standards and provides guidance and support to staff members concerning all security administrative functions such as personnel security, information and system security, COMSEC, physical security and Industrial Security for the processing of DD FM 254s.
• Provides administrative security support associated with the receipt, distribution, inventory, reproduction, and disposition of classified material.
• Experience administering Document Control program.
• Reviews applications for security clearances and clearance renewals.
• Administers and maintains physical security procedures for visitor control, employee identification and safeguard of company facilities, equipment, materials, and employee property.
• Develops and conducts security briefings and security education programs.
• Provides oversight for programs for the protection of classified information as well as proprietary information.
• Assists with preparation, transmittal, and receipt of visitor certifications.
• Process incoming VARs via DISS or other transmissions.
• Experience administering DISS (Defense Information System for Security), (NBIS) National Background Investigation Services, and e-QIP as well as Continuous Enrollment (CE) program.
• Periodically inspects the facility to ensure physical security measures are followed as well as daily EOD checks.
• Contributes to development, review, and disposition of standing operating procedures and continuous improvement initiatives for SCIFs and other TS level requirements.
• Create and processes new hire badges and accesses.
• Assembles new hire packages and training material for incoming personnel.
• Works with Partner Engagement for visitor registration and check in for high level meetings to include foreign visitors.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Performing a variety of action officer, planning, strategy and program management related functions.
• Responsible for directing, formulating, and evaluating the effectiveness of the program's strategic plan goals and objectives.
• Conduct reviews to identify strengths and weaknesses of current strategic plan and to evaluate its operational effectiveness.
• Leads the planning and participation in national, department, and partner exercises related to the program's mission and functions.
• Conduct research and make recommendations to assist with emerging trends, expansion opportunities, engagements and viability of outside partnerships, agreements related to the program's partners and stakeholders, and internal process improvements.
