Position Summary
The Salesforce Intern will provide assistance to the Information Technology Department with various recurring tasks as well as special projects.
Primary Accountabilities
Meaningfully involved in the conversion from Sales Cloud to Financial Services Cloud, starting by participating in planning sessions to understand the project scope, business objectives, and specific banking requirements.
Assist in mapping current processes in Sales Cloud to equivalent or enhanced features in Financial Services Cloud, gaining insight into data modeling and relationship management tailored to financial institutions.
Support data migration efforts by preparing and validating data sets, ensuring accuracy and compliance with industry standards.
Assist in configuring components such as Financial Accounts, Client Profiles, and Relationship Groups, learning how these elements enhance customer insights.
Involved in testing and quality assurance, identifying and resolving issues before deployment.
Observe and contribute to team collaboration.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations including, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act (BSA).
Position Qualifications
Education/Experience:
The internship will run for Summer of 2025 beginning mid-May and ending early-August.
Able to work a 40-hour work week, Monday-Friday, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
Must reside local to St. Louis, MO and report to the Sunset Hills or Maryland Heights – Park 270 office.
Enrolled in a degree program with courses of study including Computer Science, Information Technology, or other related field at a college or university with at least 2 years completed.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Teams.
