Description Overview To prepare, edit and update controlled documents by following the current procedures for correct formatting, while working with subject matter experts to ensure content is clear and accurate and are useful for end-users. Scope of the Role Work with subject matter experts to create instructions for new work processes, as well as identify/resolve any gaps for instructions for existing processes. Lead in routing document revisions in OpenText. Complete revisions and removals related to Periodic Reviews. Participate in continuous improvement projects and provide support to create/update procedures. Assist others with routing documents. Be a subject matter expert on OpenText. Experience Required Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not required. 2-4 years of experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing or quality environment with a good understanding of cGMPs Computer literacy required. Experience in technical writing or OpenText required. PREFERRED SKILLS: Ability to read procedures and follow the formats and processes required. Excellent communication skills are necessary, including well developed verbal and written communication skills and good interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and the ability to follow through on projects involving multiple departments. Must have excellent organization skills and can prioritize and process multiple tasks. Must be able to work on multiple concurrent projects, and work successfully in a team environment. Good writing skills, including accurate grammar, spelling, punctuation and vocabulary skills.
