TTG is currently seeking a New England based dynamic professional to serve as a Facilitation Trainer & DEI+B Specialist.
This unique role combines expertise in leadership coaching, facilitation, and team-building with a strong focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI+B). The ideal candidate will drive organizational inclusivity and foster cohesive team environments while delivering impactful training sessions and stakeholder engagement initiatives.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership Coaching & Facilitation:
Provide expert leadership coaching tailored to diverse team dynamics.
Facilitate effective meetings and workshops, ensuring alignment with Robert’s Rules of Order.
Develop and present impactful training modules tailored to organizational needs.
Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEI+B):
Design and deliver DEI+B training programs to foster inclusive organizational culture.
Act as a consultant for promoting equitable practices across teams and projects.
Lead initiatives to engage diverse stakeholder groups and build inclusive environments.
Team Building & Conflict Resolution:
Create and execute team-building activities to strengthen collaboration and morale.
Address interpersonal conflicts with effective resolution strategies.
Provide ongoing support to enhance team dynamics and productivity.
Stakeholder Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with community stakeholders.
Represent CRCOG in public engagements to advance organizational goals.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications:
Experience and Expertise:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in leadership coaching, DEI+B training, or related fields.
Proven ability to design and execute training and facilitation programs.
Demonstrated success in fostering inclusive environments and promoting DEI+B values.
Skills:
Proficiency in applying Robert’s Rules of Order.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Expertise in stakeholder engagement and relationship-building.
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Education, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in DEI+B or leadership coaching preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
Background in public sector or nonprofit organizations.
Experience working with diverse community groups and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.
Additional Requirements:
Travel possible up to 10%.
Ability to meet tight deadlines in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
SALARY
Salary is determined commensurate with experience of the candidate. Benefits include health insurance, holidays, and vacation benefits for all full-time employees of 30 or more hours. The salary range for this position is $75 to $95 per hour. While we provide competitive compensation, it's important to note that for new hires, salaries typically align with the lower end of the range, taking into account factors such as experience, qualifications, and internal equity considerations.
