RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce's client in Houston, TX is seeking a skilled Dataiku SME to join their team for a long-term project with a leading organization in the maritime, classification, and engineering sector. This role involves supporting data-driven initiatives and solutions by leveraging Dataiku's advanced capabilities for data preparation, analysis, and deployment.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain data workflows and pipelines in Dataiku


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and translate them into actionable solutions


• Optimize data preparation, analysis, and visualization processes to ensure high-quality outputs


• Implement and monitor machine learning models within the Dataiku platform


• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies


• Document workflows, processes, and best practices for scalability and reusability


• Provide technical support and training to team members on Dataiku functionalities

REQUIREMENTS:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field


• Experience: 3-5 years in data engineering, data science, or a related role, with hands-on experience in Dataiku


• Technical Expertise: Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or R for data manipulation and analysis


• Data Management: Strong knowledge of data integration, transformation, and preparation techniques


• Machine Learning: Familiarity with deploying and managing machine learning models in a collaborative environment


• Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail


• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to work with diverse teams

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure)


• Knowledge of data governance frameworks and practices


• Exposure to maritime or industrial sectors is a plus

Additional Details:

• This role requires candidates to be onsite in Spring, TX, three days a week


• The selected individual will play a key role in driving data innovation and operational efficiency

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
