Overview

Lutron Electronics Co., Inc has an immediate opening for a HRIS Analyst focused on administration and development for our Workday platform. In this position, you would be a key part of the Human Resources team, responsible to help ensure our Workday platform meets the needs of both Lutron’s business and its employees. A successful HRIS Analyst can leverage their business acumen, interpersonal skills, technical expertise and project management skills, while working cross-functionally across the organization, to deliver both quality day to day operation and innovative improvements that maximize the value of Workday for the organization.

Responsibilities

Day to day HRIS Operations:

• Administer our Workday Human Capital Management module
• Support administration of our other Workday modules as well as other adjacent HRIS technologies
• Provide troubleshooting and break/fix Workday support to employees and HR users
• Leverage our HR data to help the business and HR teams make more informed decisions
• Train and onboard new HR users into Workday

Design, development and improvements for our Workday system:

• Identify, recommend, and track opportunities for process and operational improvements
• Drive towards world class data quality, user experience, process robustness and feature utilization
• Partner with users, business stakeholders and senior management to specify and evaluate requirements
• Design, Configure, Test and Debug new features, processes, dashboards and other enhancements to the system
• Launch new modules and new releases, including all aspects of project management

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant discipline, with a minimum cumulative GPA of 3.00 across all degrees earned.
• 3 or more years of business experience
• 1 or more years of experience administering or developing in Workday or a similar HCM system
• Expertise in Excel, Power BI and/or other data analysis tools
• Experience building consensus among diverse business functions
• Demonstrated project management skills
• Willingness to travel 5% of the time, sometimes with little or no notice.
