RESPONSIBILITIES:

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Threat Program Analyst in McLean, VA.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of 10 years of professional experience along with the education requirement below; 14 years of experience if the education requirement is not satisfied


• Knowledge of goal setting, organizational priorities and measures of effectiveness


• Knowledge of the Department of Defense and it's Components


• Knowledge of optimization techniques and how they can be leveraged to make process and/or program improvement recommendations


• Ability to clearly and concisely communicate information to executives or executive equivalents (e.g., Admirals and Generals) concepts, information and/or data via verbal, written and visual channels

The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.

Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
