• Compile lists of suppliers and respective materials for customer project.
• Communicate with suppliers and customers as needed.
• Work with IS to develop database or utilize existing system to centrally locate gathered data.
• Routinely follow up with suppliers to check on status.
• Contact each Nortech facility to gather weights of complete assemblies.
• Collect data from suppliers and record.
• Calculate % of unknown material.
• Make decisions and document supplier and/or material compliance.
• Complete customer required documentation.
• Archive data/process for future reference.
• May perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
