The level of work is considered advanced, and staff must be able to work under minimal supervision. This position has no direct reports.
Your Responsibilities:
Analytics:
Designs complex data analysis and editing techniques along with data extraction, including querying databases and viewing techniques for related data systems
Assists in enhancing data analysis and data integrity
May lead and mentor staff in conducting complex research
Applies subject matter expertise to support operational improvements in the division
Policy Administration and Implementation:
Gathers, identifies relevancy of and interprets new and pending laws, regulations and policies which potentially affect the division's business practices
Assists management and staff in understanding and implementation of new laws, regulations and policies
Maintains awareness of emerging issue, trends and developments in field of expertise
Special Projects:
Actively participates in, and contributes to division, Bank and Federal Reserve System projects and workgroups
Plans, directs, and coordinates Bank and/or System project activities and resources to ensure project goals are completed on time, within budget and with optimum quality
Leadership and Approvals:
Provides leadership to unit and mentors staff through role as subject matter expert
Provides direction for, oversees and approves junior employees’ work
Serves as a thought leader and incorporates broader knowledge of business strategies into project management
Strategic Partnerships:
Fosters strategic partnerships through collaboration and communication with Bank departments, other Reserve Banks, the Board of Governors and other agencies
Report Preparation:
Prepares and presents complex staff and system reports, recommendations, proposals and/or position papers for management review
Your Background:
Master’s degree desirable or Bachelor’s degree with equivalent experience (major in Accounting, Business, Finance, Public Policy, or related field)
8-10 years of related experience

The expected starting salary range for this position is between $145,000 and $171,500 annually in addition to annual performance-based discretionary bonuses. Final salary and offer will be determined based on the applicant’s relevant experience, skills, internal equity, and alignment with geographic and other market data.

Additional Requirements:
This is a hybrid position requiring a minimum of two days per week in office.
