Job Description:

Our client is seeking a dedicated Sales Enablement Associate to join their dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals with a background in Proposal, RFP & RFI, and experience working at a consulting firm or similar B2B professional services firm. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the daily sales content needs, with a particular emphasis on developing proposals and sales support.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the daily sales content needs, focusing on developing proposals and pitch/sales support.
- Assemble cross-functional teams and drive the process for assignment of responsibilities, including timeline management and executive review.
- Interface with corporate functions to ensure necessary information gathering and reviews are completed.
- Assemble and proofread the final product to ensure delivery of a professional proposal/pitch.
- Assist in gathering and analyzing competitive intel, providing strategic sales guidance and recommendations to improve processes, content, sales strategies, and presentation materials/strategies.
- Ensure all proposal response content is harvested, tagged, and uploaded to the sales asset management system.
- Contribute to the continued optimization of proposal best practices and resource training.

The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of experience in a B2B firm.
- Demonstrated ability to serve as a proposal development leader and overall driver of the process.
- Strong executive presence and ability to navigate different leadership styles.
- Rigorous attention to detail and focus on quality of deliverables.
- Strong negotiation skills, proven consensus builder, and strong ability to build relationships with leaders.
- Strong writing, editing, and PowerPoint skills.
- Previous experience with Proposal/RFP development and tools (Microsoft Teams/SharePoint, Seismic, Salesforce, Shipley, APMP) is highly desired.

This role is remote, supporting EST & CST time zones, and is a 6-month contract with potential for extension and conversion. Candidates must complete a background check upon hire.
