Data Analyst to work on data collection, compilation, cleaning, and dissemination within the Department of Emergency Medicine under the guidance of the departmental staff leadership and research faculty. Coordinates the identification, collection, assessment, and reporting of relevant data as required to meet needs for ongoing research activities. Carries out duties in alignment with ongoing research activities, program goals and external grant funder reporting needs as directed.
Data Analyst will have experience designing and carrying out statistical data analysis and research. Experience with Emergency Department and health information is preferred. Ability to interpret data is required. Experience and ability to work independently in computer applications including proficiency in statistical software, databases, word processing, spreadsheets and graphics software desired. Experience with variety of data collection, statistical analysis, and data visualization application is required. This position does not directly supervise staff.
