Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and send notifications to branch operations of approved and/or unapproved drivers.
Maintain Samba/Origami Driver profile to accurately show MVR results and qualifications to verify compliance withthe MVR process.
Monitor New-Hire and Termination reports to ensure compliance with MVR/NDR process, verifying we received all necessary paperwork and to make active or archived in the driver system.
Monitor Alerts for automatic (Monitoring) MVR's, to verify still qualified to drive, or if the status has changed and to notify branches if needed.
Schedule and process MVR's for Non-DOT drivers every 3 years.
Assist DOT specialists as needed with various spreadsheets, data entry, and requests for information.
Other duties as assigned.
Role Requirments:
Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and communicate effectively.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Experience with Microsoft Office, including WORD, Excel, and Outlook.
