As a Product Owner - Health edge Enrolment, you will:


Job Descriptions

We are seeking an experienced Product Owner with expertise in HealthEdge Enrollment processes and Pega technology to lead the development and optimization of our healthcare solutions. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving product vision, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless integration and configuration of HealthEdge and Pega platforms to meet enrollment and healthcare business needs.

Key Responsibilities:


Product Ownership:
Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for HealthEdge Enrollment solutions integrated with Pega technology.
Prioritize and manage product backlogs based on business needs, stakeholder input, and market trends.

Stakeholder Collaboration:
Work closely with business units, clients, and technical teams to gather and translate business requirements into actionable user stories and technical specifications.
Act as the primary point of contact between stakeholders and development teams.

Enrollment Expertise:
Leverage deep knowledge of HealthEdge Enrollment processes to design and optimize workflows and system configurations.
Ensure solutions comply with healthcare regulations and best practices, including HIPAA and other standards.

Technical Integration:

Collaborate with developers and architects to integrate Pega workflows with HealthEdge platforms, ensuring seamless functionality and data exchange.
Oversee the design of APIs, data models, and interoperability features between systems.

Quality Assurance:
Define acceptance criteria for features and ensure they meet business and technical requirements.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment processes to guarantee product quality and reliability.

Performance Monitoring:
Continuously monitor product performance and user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Implement changes and enhancements to improve user experience and operational efficiency.

Team Leadership:
Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, grooming, and retrospectives.
Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams to achieve sprint goals.

Qualifications:

HealthEdge Expertise:
Strong understanding of HealthEdge Enrollment processes, workflows, and configurations.
Hands-on experience with HealthRules Payor is highly desirable.

Pega Knowledge:
Familiarity with Pega platforms, especially workflows related to healthcare enrollment and system integration.
Ability to guide Pega developers on best practices and functional requirements.

Product Ownership Skills:
Proven experience as a Product Owner in Agile environments.
Expertise in creating user stories, prioritizing backlogs, and managing sprint deliverables.

Healthcare Domain Knowledge:
In-depth understanding of healthcare payer systems, enrollment processes, and compliance standards.

Technical Acumen:

Familiarity with integration protocols like APIs, HL7, and FHIR.
Knowledge of database management and reporting tools.

Soft Skills:
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.

Preferred Skills:
Experience with DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD pipeline management.
Familiarity with cloud-based deployment models and containerization technologies like Docker.
Knowledge of healthcare analytics and reporting systems.

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare Informatics, Business Administration, or a related field.
Certifications in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified Scrum Product Owner) or Pega technology are a plus.

PAY RANGE AND BENEFITS:

Pay Range: 114,500 $ - 134,500 $ Per Year
Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
