About the Position

We are looking for an Outpatient Operations Manager at our Outpatient Clinics. The position will be based out of our Central Clinic in Medford, Oregon. The Outpatient Operations Manager will provide daily managerial oversight of the operations of the Outpatient Services program in accordance with the direction of the Outpatient Services Program Director. They will participate in the development and maintenance of administrative program policies and procedures and be responsible for coordinating with external departments for building maintenance, furnishings, building access, technology and meeting room needs for the Outpatient teams. The Outpatient Operations Manager will also participate in regular Outpatient Leadership meetings, collaborate with, and support other members of the management team as needed.

Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm (Full Time, Day)

What You’ll Make

$6,066.66 - $7,050 per month DOE/Credentials.

Additional 5% Language Differential offered for Bilingual or Multilingual candidates (Spanish/English desired).

About the Program

Our Outpatient Program provides assessment and evaluation, treatment plan development, and provides clinically indicated outpatient therapy, case management, skills training, and psychiatric (medication) services. The Psychiatric Services Team operates as a branch within the Outpatient Program, specializing in psychiatric, nursing, and medication services. Psychiatric services are provided both on-site and remotely through telemedicine.

ColumbiaCare Services is a qualifying employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) Program.

What You’ll Need

  • TWO (2) years of experience working in a business operation positions
  • ONE (1) year of experience in a supervisory role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Human Services and knowledge of mental health operations preferred

Successful applicants MUST have the ability to pass a DHS criminal background check.

This position requires the ability to frequently sit, talk, listen, and use hands and fingers. It may require the ability to occasionally walk, climb stairs and ladders, bend, stoop, squat/kneel, and perform other physical tasks as applicable; as well as lift, carry, push, and pull up to 20 pounds.
