Overview

Thermo King of Dallas is Now Hiring a Rental Sales Manager at 3323 Jane Lane, Dallas TX 75247. Responsible for managing assigned sales territory and ensuring the Company's products and services are effectively marketed and sold in order to meet sales volume and market penetration objectives and achieve maximum sales profitability and growth.

Responsibilities


  • Develop and manage direct sales strategies to establish the company’s market presence.

  • Build a sales pipeline by identifying key opportunities and fostering long-term relationships with customers.

  • Oversee sales activities in assigned territory and ensure sales volume and profitability targets are met.

  • Provide feedback and insights to senior leadership on competitive activity, product development, and market opportunities.

  • Hire, train, and supervise sales representatives and administrative staff as business scales.

  • Analyze sales trends and recommend actions for optimization to ensure continued growth.

  • Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and quotas in line with company objectives.

  • Collaborate with product development teams to assess equipment and service needs based on customer feedback.

  • Engage in personal sales calls with major clients, addressing complex inquiries and negotiating pricing, contracts, and service terms.

  • Handle escalated customer service issues beyond the scope of sales staff.

  • Approve and manage budget expenditures related to sales activities, including travel and entertainment expenses.

  • Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

  • Uphold ethical standards in all business transactions and relationships.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED) and four to ten years related experience required. Associate or Bachelor's Degree (four year college or university) strongly preferred
