Epic Application Specialist - Scheduling / Registration / Revenue Cycle

Asan Epic Application Specialist, you will work with a team of Epic Analysts to help build and support the organization's Electronic Health Record. Position may work hybrid remote (WA and OR only) with ability to be on site as needed, at times extended.

Hiring range: $26.70/hour to $34.00/hour, commensurate with experience.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Performs assigned applications and business processes/functions


• Modifies and supports assigned applications/systems as appropriate


• Partners and communicates with assigned customers/end users


• Maintains and enhances professional competencies and industry knowledge


• Assist Analysts with daily tasks.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

• Proven organizational, problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.


• Effective verbal and written communication skills and the ability to present information clearly and professionally.


• Must be proficient with Windows-style applications, various software packages specific to role and keyboard.


• Must have strong computer skills and ability to perform data entry and retrieval of information.


• Strong interpersonal skills that promote effective working relationships with a wide range of people, including peers, clinicians, and senior leaders.


• Complete job appropriate Epic Certifications within one year.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• High School diploma or equivalent.


• Two years of IT experience OR one year of Epic experience required.


• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred.


• Prefer those with experience in a healthcare setting in a relevant operational area for the position and/or in an information technology role supporting a relevant operational area.

Pay Range:
$26.15 - $36.61

PTO and Personal Time accruals are pro-rated by FTE/hours worked. Non-benefits eligible employees will accrue Personal Time based on hours worked and State worked.
