Job Description:

Volt is immediately hiring Engineering Program Manager in Cupertino CA.


As an Engineering Program Manager, you will:


Primary Responsibilities: Join us in developing creative solutions to hardware engineering challenges. You will become an integral part of a team that champions engineering excellence, creativity and innovation. In this highly cross-functional role, you will oversee the coordination efforts internally with various internal and external partner teams. The EPM will facilitate good communication and offer multiple levels of status across a wide spectrum of individual contributors to executive management. In addition, you will drive day-to day program activities, system build planning, execution & risk assessments to meet overall program objectives for development projects.


Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years of program management experience in HW module development
  • Experience working with international OEM/ODM partners is a plus
  • Understanding of high-volume production and test procedures
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills

Description

  • Define/ maintain project plans and schedules
  • Drive project execution
  • Lead internal and external multi-functional teams in engineering and validation activities
  • Ensure tight cross-functional coordination and communication
  • Has strong presentation and communication skills
  • Understand and communicate sophisticated, technical/Engineering issues
  • Identify and resolve conflicts, inter-dependencies and program issues quickly and efficiently.

Role Details:
Full time
, Contract opportunity. Expected to be fully on site at Cupertino location.


Duration: 06-month contract with the possibility of extension.



Location: Cupertino CA


Pay Rate: $102/hr. to $106.39/hr.
