Job Description:

Location: Pittsburgh, PA

Salary: $25.00 USD Hourly - $30.00 USD Hourly

Description: Our client is currently seeking a Business Analytics Specialist


• Partner with another individual performing hierarchy maintenance and attribution update function.

• Support an implementation that is a staggered approach to hierarchies; support the old legacy system as well as the new system.

• Analyze company functions, processes, and activities to improve business applications for the most effective use of resources.

• Maintain the storage and retrieval of all project communications data and business metrics.

• Analyze and process data, building and maintaining models and report templates to develop data-driven solutions.

• Assist others on using business intelligence data for predictive analytics and facilitating implementation of new tools and data marts.

• Establish and document business processes.


Must Have Technical Skills (Top 3 in order of importance):

• Knowledge of Excel; specifically using macros

• General department knowledge of technology and financial services

• Analytical Thinking and Process Management

• Software Product Business Knowledge



Soft Skills:



• Excellent communication, attention to detail, fast-learner, curious nature.



Education/Certifications:


• Certs not required. Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or technology or equivalent work experience.
