Position Overview
We are seeking a motivated Marketing Coordinator to collaborate with a dynamic management team and support the firm's marketing, business development, and communications efforts. The ideal candidate is an experienced professional with a passion for architecture and design. The candidate is adept at crafting compelling proposals, marketing materials, and presentations, and in leveraging digital marketing strategies to promote our brand, expand our thought leadership, and win new work.
The ideal candidate is a creative self-starter and enthusiastic team player who can adjust to a variety of working styles. Must be detail-oriented, organized, have excellent verbal and writing skills, and work both independently and in collaborative group settings.

The salary range for this position is $65,000 to $85,000 annually.
The actual offered salary for this position will vary depending on multiple factors including the candidate's qualification, education, position knowledge, work experience, skills, ability, work location, and internal incumbent compensation for similar roles. We do not anticipate individuals hired into this position will start at or near the top half of the range listed; the decision will be based on each individual case. The salary range listed above does not include other compensation elements such as discretionary bonus opportunities, employee stock ownership grants, paid time off, medical insurance, and other wage and benefit opportunities.
