Job Description:

Salary: $60.00 USD Hourly - $70.00 USD Hourly
Description: Our client is currently seeking a Creative Production Lead
Remote in San Francisco or Los Angeles, CA
This job will have the following responsibilities:
Duties:
- Lead and oversee the end-to-end production process of pilot projects and proof-of-concept initiatives, ensuring timely and high-quality execution.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners and key stakeholders to design, test, and scale experiences globally.
- Develop playbooks, training materials, and tools to support global delivery.
- Prepare reports for management, detailing program specifics, learnings, and insights.
- Innovate new ways of structuring pilot models and working methods for successful testing and scaling.
Hours: 50 hrs/week
Skills:
- 8+ years of experience leading integrated creative projects, brand activations, events, and experiences.
- Ability to create and drive schedules, budgets, scope documents, and deliverables.
- Experience managing agency, partner, and vendor relationships.
- Experience working across various organizational levels.
- Excellent organization, prioritization, and decision-making skills.
- Curious, creative, and excited by building things from scratch.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of advertising, technology, marketing, and media landscapes.
- Skilled in designing and delivering presentations across various organizational levels.
- Experience in a startup or 0-1 environment.
- Ability to travel as needed, both domestically and internationally (up to 30% of the time).
