Caterpillar's Remanufacturing Division is looking for a Manufacturing Engineer for our Corinth, Mississippi facility. This position will provide technical expertise necessary to design all aspects of production, costs, quality, compliance to safety guidelines, and environmental requirements for manufacturing.
Responsibilities
Participating in identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to equipment and processes.
Led capital and gateway improvement projects
Track assembly line velocity and work to continuously improve processes and reduce bottle necks
Monitoring equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
Analyzing engineering change notices, determines any part or process change, initiates and implements all changes.
Providing engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Assists the assembly NPI process to ensure that Engineering drawings are released and processed on time for NPI build.
Develops, analyzes, and manages Manufacturing/Assembly projects. Assist in developing department capital and expense budgets for NPI related projects.
Identifying and implementing enhancements and modifications to complex manufacturing operations equipment and processes.
Monitoring sophisticated equipment and process reliability; identifying and addressing problem areas.
Providing direct supervision, coaching and development for operations technical staff and support areas.
Leading engineering support on planning, development, operation, and maintenance of equipment, processes, or facilities.
Degree Requirement Degree in Engineering or STEM field is desired

Summary Pay Range: $95,640.00 - $143,520.00 Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, job level, market location, job-related knowledge, skills, individual performance and experience.
