Your new role:

• Coordinating bid preparation requirements with the Contract Administrator, communicating with Owners, Partners, Representatives, Architects, and Consultants
• Mentoring and managing Junior Estimators as assigned
• Prepare budgets, subcontracts, purchase orders, and assist in preliminary project schedules.
• Review and understand bid documents, assess project risks, and compare competitive bids.
• Work within various disciplines including utility, excavation, earthwork, concrete, structural steel, and architectural work.



What you'll need to succeed:

• 10-15+ years of construction estimating experience
• Excellent communication skills with a strong math aptitude
• Experience in industrial & commercial construction build/design work
• Able to work with speed and accuracy
• Fully experienced with HCSS / Heavybid



What you'll get in return:

• $250,000-$300,000 (Salary based on experience).
