Job Description:

Overhead Door Company of St. Louis™, a DH Pace Company, Inc. aspires to hire a Customer Coordinator to join our Leads Across America Team in St. Louis, MO! The ideal candidate will be expected to represent the company in a professional manner by acting as a liaison between the customer and the company. The candidate should have a strong ability to multi-task and work efficiently in a fast-paced work environment, be a fast learner with exceptional organizational skills, and excellent attendance. Job seekers with experience in customer service and other administrative positions such as an administrative assistant and receptionist will excel in this position.


Job Responsibilities: 



  • Promote in-home consultations for the sale of residential products.

  • Gather information from the customer to ensure accuracy for our sales consultants.

  • Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills.

  • Maintain and promote a positive attitude toward customers.

  • Possess strong assessment and problem-solving skills relative to resolving customer related issues.

  • Provide suggestions for improving operations, efficiency, and service to both internal and external customers.

  • Assist in establishing work procedures and processes that support the Company and departmental standards, procedures, and strategic directives.

  • Foster a cooperative working climate conducive to maximizing employee morale and productivity, while continuing to deliver quality customer service.

  • Other responsibilities as assigned.


Job Requirements:



  • Have a high school diploma or equivalent experience.

  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Outlook.

  • Good phone etiquette.

  • An outgoing personality.

  • Excellent organization skills, including time management and working with multiple schedules across different time zones.

  • Experience in customer service and administrative positions preferred.
