Job Description:

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking to hire a Pricing Coordinator for our Integrated Security Solutions team in our Tempe, AZ office! This individual will support the sales teams and make necessary pricing decisions to pending sales orders to maintain the desired profit margins. They will also gather and analyze industry trends and data to assist in a variety of sales functions. If you are detail oriented and enjoy working in a fast paced environment, please apply!


 


Primary Responsibilities:



  • Evaluate site surveys from sales staff to create a clear job scope

  • Properly select equipment, devices, and material list that meets the need of our customers

  • Create accurate cost estimates to cover material, labor, and necessary equipment

  • Prepare formal proposals and presentations for sales staff to deliver to our customers

  • Review take-offs, proposals, job scope, and other back up on sold jobs

  • Prepare vendor order forms, shop-tickets, and material list for purchase

  • Accurately detail estimated costs for operational budgeting

  • Understand competition and formulate pricing strategies accordingly

  • Other duties may be assigned by Manager


Qualifications:



  • High school diploma or equivalent (GED)

  • Three (3) to five (5) years in the Security Alarm and Access Control Industry or Building Materials industry with focus on access control

  • Represent the company in a professional manner with good customer service and verbal communication skills.
