Description: Our client is currently seeking a Senior Infrastructure Engineer. This is a permanent, direct hire position near Lionville, PA. Candidates must be able to get on site for a hybrid schedule.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and implement strategic projects for networking infrastructure growth.
Support LAN/WAN activities, including server, cloud, software, and hardware administration.
Ensure timely project implementation following ITIL processes.
Create and deliver project plans, reports, and documentation.
Act as project manager/technical lead.
Analyze software/hardware needs with business units.
Test and document updates and new modules.
Cross-train staff on new technologies.
Optimize network performance with vendors.
Participate in disaster recovery planning and testing.
Provide Level 3 support for escalated Help Desk tickets.
Maintain professional skills and confidentiality.
Qualifications & Requirements:
5+ years in banking, networking, or project management.
MCSE Certification required; other certifications preferred.
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
