Job Description:

Embark on an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and innovative team as a Business Analyst. This role is a unique hybrid position, blending technical expertise with business acumen to drive critical initiatives and deliver exceptional results.

As a Business Analyst, you will be a key member of the Consumer Banking and Marketing team, responsible for supporting a wide range of functions, including digital banking, online platforms, brand reporting, and performance analysis. Leveraging your strong technical skills, you will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, create documentation, and complete data mapping for various data sources and reporting solutions.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and capture complex requirements, translating them into actionable technical specifications and user stories.
- Developing and refining product backlogs to prioritize and plan initiatives that align with business objectives and the overall roadmap.
- Participating in user acceptance testing to ensure the quality and user experience of application releases.
- Advising on security, risk management, and IT process principles, and escalating issues to the appropriate teams as needed.
- Supporting the creation, facilitation, and management of training programs to enable effective use of the team's business solutions and technical capabilities.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A Master's degree or equivalent military/work experience, with a minimum of 3 years of data analytics experience.
- Proficiency in Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, and experience with agile tools such as Jira and Confluence.
- Strong analytical, written, and oral communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information to diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with working in the banking and financial services industry.
- Preferred skills include experience with data mapping, test case management, and exposure to cloud-based technologies (e.g., GCP, Snowflake, AWS, Azure).
