Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive the development and optimization of innovative products, ensuring exceptional value for both users and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing the product lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and implementing scalable solutions that align with strategic goals. This role requires a results-oriented professional with strong leadership, technical understanding, and excellent communication skills.
Must-Have Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Professional Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of delivering digital or technical products.
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, or Asana).
Experience with building products in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
Solid technical foundation to collaborate with engineering teams effectively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Exceptional ability to work with engineering, design, and business teams to drive products from concept to launch.
Data-Driven Mindset: Proficiency in leveraging data analytics tools to make product decisions, define KPIs, and measure product performance.
Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
Experience with products in media, content, or streaming environments.
Familiarity with web and mobile platforms and understanding of user-centric design principles.
Strong knowledge of data modeling, APIs, or backend services.
Prior experience integrating products with AI/ML or data-heavy pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Vision: Define and communicate the product vision, strategy, and roadmap that align with business objectives and user needs.
Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders, customers, and internal teams to collect and prioritize business and technical requirements. Translate complex requirements into actionable product features.
Product Development: Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to develop and deliver scalable products, ensuring on-time delivery of high-quality solutions.
Stakeholder Communication: Serve as the primary point of contact for product updates, presenting key milestones, progress, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
Market Research & Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis, user research, and market assessments to identify trends, opportunities, and areas of improvement.
Backlog Management: Own and maintain the product backlog, prioritize user stories, and participate in Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives).
Performance Metrics: Define KPIs to measure product success, analyze data to assess performance, and optimize products to meet business and customer goals.
Go-to-Market Strategy: Lead product launches by coordinating with marketing, sales, and support teams, ensuring successful rollout and adoption.
User Focus: Champion the user experience, advocating for usability, accessibility, and performance across all product solutions.
