Job Description:


  • Assist with all phases of construction administration.

  • Coordinating the signing and filing of paperwork as needed

  • Perform and maintain required document control process

  • Interface with executives, assistants, and other internal/external professionals

  • Prepare, submit, and track submittals, change orders, permits

  • Generate and coordinate payroll reports

  • Perform other duties as directed by the project management team
