Job Description
Key Accountabilities:
•Collect data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
•Analyze trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data.
•Develop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide insights into performance and inform decision making.
•Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data requirements.
•Help identify ways to streamline data collection and reporting processes, improving efficiency and accuracy.
•Participate in cross-functional discussions, providing analysis results, offering innovative solutions.
•Identify and implement process improvements and strategies that will exceed key performance metrics.
Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements
•1+ years' work related experience
•Retail sales experience with a proven track record supporting sales teams via analytics and tactical projects.
•Attention to detail and a solid ability to recognize patterns, anomalies, and trends in large datasets
•Experience using SAS, SQL, Python, Excel and/or Alteryx.
•Experience with Tableau and/or Power BI.
•Experience functioning as a part of cross functional and collaborative teams, building relationships and decision making.
•Experience working on high performance team with time sensitive output.
•Experience gained through college degree programs and/or certifications is applicable to the above skills.
