The Director of Talent Acquisition will lead and manage the design, development, and implementation of our talent acquisition strategy. They will be responsible for developing strong partnerships with the leadership team and HR team members to ensure that sourcing and talent acquisition activities support the workforce needs of our business.
Duties and Responsibilities:

Collaboratively lead the evaluation and development of various talent acquisition processes and programs.
Ensure the candidate pipeline is sufficient to meet workforce needs and all sourcing and talent acquisition activities are consistent with the organization's policies and standards.
Drive the adoption of consistent recruiting, interviewing, and hiring practices that support a strong candidate experience.
Define expectations and drive the recruiting team to exceed hiring benchmarks relating to time to fill, cost per hire, and hiring manager and candidate satisfaction.
Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging recruitment technologies, incorporating innovative approaches into our talent acquisition efforts.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for senior level roles.
Must be able to assess external labor market conditions and share perspectives with other HR colleagues to work on solutions and adjust strategy accordingly.
Handle special projects and other duties as assigned.

Will have a strong strategic vision and the ability to align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives.
Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop staff, and to motivate a team to achieve recruitment goals.
Experience in employer branding initiatives and promoting the organization as an employer of choice.
Must have excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Excellent time management, prioritization and judgment skills with a positive attitude, high energy, and focused attention to detail.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
