Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support and solutions to internal and external customers.
- Aid in management of Active Directory Services and Group Policy.
- Implement and administer CyberArk EAM in aligmnet with Security team's guidelines
- Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams in design, implementation, and support of end user technologies
- Utilize Microsoft End Point Manager for patch management and imaging
- Deploy and manage enterprise software using Microsoft Endpoint Manager and Configuration Manager.
- Automate Operating System Deployment (OSD) and vendor procurement processes.
- Package and deploy enterprise software applications.
- Utilize and grow ITSM platform in alignment with ITILv3 concepts.
- Lead and mentor technical direction of a team of service desk technicians.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOP) for end point management in collaboration with the Infrastructure and Security teams
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in IT infrastructure management, with a focus on client services and solutions architecture.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and mentoring abilities.
- Experience with Active Directory, Azure AD, Microsoft Endpoint Manager, and Configuration Manager.
- Familiarity with ITSM Platforms and ITILv3 concepts.
- Ability to work efficiently with global teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Preferred Experience:
- Experience driving technical change to enhance end user productivity while strengthening the security footprint of client management
- Proven track record of integrating and managing global service desk operations.
- Strong background in establishing and maintaining SOPs for IT operations.
