Defines, tests, trains, implements, and supports one or more functional areas within the ERP System.
Performs business analysis of systems and follows through the full development life cycle.
Educates others in the workflow, business processes, and reporting metrics enabled by ERP modules. Coordinates, implements, and communicates system change requirements.
Translates business needs into technical requirements. May take on several components of a project or a complex component of a project.
Effectively contributes to team goals. Works beyond routine nature of tasks utilizing a specialized knowledge and technology.
Works under broad supervision.
Troubleshoots basic problems and recommends appropriate actions.

Strong ability to apply specific knowledge such as technical, professional and/or domain knowledge to the function where assigned. Level of knowledge necessary to perform required job elements of current position to established standards.
Strong Project Management capabilities: Plans, guides and revises project work plans from start to finish using a methodical approach. Identifies and coordinates resource needs and assigns individual responsibilities. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project.
Strong Communication skills: The ability to listen attentively to verbal communications and non-verbal cues to respond effectively. The ability to effectively communicate concisely with any audience including both verbal and written format.
Strong Problem-Solving skills: The ability to research and thoroughly understand business needs to develop solutions. The ability to use and identify appropriate problem-solving tools like Lean Six Sigma, Project Management methodologies, or others.

Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, STEM-related fields, or Finance.
At least three years of experience with SAP or other ERP system around Finance support
