Student Services Representative

Posting Summary
Provide customer service to prospective and current students, faculty, staff and families in the College of Arts & Sciences. Understand and articulate university, college and federal regulations and procedures pertaining to the College of Arts and Sciences. Provide information about college requirements and services to students, faculty, and staff. Monitor inbox and phones for Student Services and review and process various student-related requests and forms. Oversee re-entry and change of student status process in coordination with the Registrar's Office. Maintain student records and support staff and faculty using Navigate, Education Advisory Board's management system. Manage the medical incomplete and withdrawal process. Provide supervision to student employees. Provide support to College of Arts & Sciences events and activities, including but not limited to Orientation, Commencement, and Visitation Days.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Associate's degree and one to three years related office experience in a customer service setting required. Working knowledge of software applications used to support office functions required.

Anticipated Pay Range
$21.00/hr - $24.14/hr
