About the Role


In this role, you will partner with our brands & corporate functions across the globe, to continuously drive value across non-Merchandise categories. You will establish, analyze, and refine the business's procurement strategy ensuring alignment with business goals. Make certain we do the right thing as an organization by optimizing our purchasing power, building, and maintaining strategic vendor relationships, and contract management.


What You'll Do



  • Drive cost optimization, excellence in sourcing capabilities and minimize risk

  • Manage eAuctions for different categories and set targets for eAuctions for different categories and set targets for eAuction participation, supplier engagement and cost savings

  • Establish guidelines and best practices for eAuctions and supplier summits, ensuring compliance and efficiency.

  • Organize supplier summits, partnering with suppliers and internal stakeholders to foster strong relationships and drive supplier performance

  • Provide analytical support to category managers to enable strategic pipeline planning, supplier segmentation and value opportunities

  • Implement collaborative optimization strategies to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness

  • Responsible for quality of services and advice in meeting business partner needs

  • Responsible for end results of team and shares responsibility over resources, budget and adherence to policies

  • Partner across varied functions and levels with internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleagues to influence adoption of various sourcing methodologies and act as a change agent for new processes


Who You Are



  • 2-4 years of experience in Procurement or related function, with expertise in eAuctions and eSourcing platforms

  • Must be curious with a desire for continuous improvement

  • Must have strong analytical skills with high proficiency using excel to analyze data to provide recommendations

  • Must have excellent verbal/written communication skills to influence egotiate the overall sourcing process

  • Must understand fundamental concepts and procedures specific to Strategic Sourcing

  • Must have experience in leading cross-functional teams and managing supplier collaboration initiatives

  • PowerBI, Tableau or other data visualization expertise a plus

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field required
