YOUR ROLE
Key IT resource responsible for in centralizing and standardizing communications and knowledge management for the Matrix Transportation and Supply Chain Platform. Will coordinate brand, web and user outreach to support the platform's internal communications, such as product announcements and presentation development. The ideal candidate has excellent communication and technical skills, and a desire to have a meaningful impact. Models and acts in accordance with our guiding principles and core values.
WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO DO?
Manage the Matrix Transportation and Supply Chain Platform's online presence, the MatrixWiki knowledge database. This includes regular updates to the site, build out of new pages, provide analytics and reporting on a periodic basis.
Lead the development of annual, multi-faceted communications strategy that drives Platform perception across its products, updates/improvements, new projects, accomplishments and agenda.
Manage a communications content production timeline to deliver key Platform communications (newsletters, emails, website, etc.)
Drive the graphic design creative strategy for all projects (newsletters, email, website, etc.)
Write the Matrix Platform Release articles to promote new features and updates in coordination with leadership. Facilitate its distribution through email and publication on the MatrixWiki.
Build PowerPoint presentations to support the platform's features and functions, as well as coordinate and assist with presentations that meet leadership team needs. Maintain a slide library of content that can be repurposed across needs.
Serves as editor, content manger, writer and graphic designer for the Matrix Transportation Platform's newsletter.
Develop and maintain brand consistency in all forms of communication and within the Matrix Platform.
Generate help documentation for the Platform
Research and implement new communication strategies
Lead and develop team members
Perform other duties as assigned.
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
Education and Experience:
Bachelors Degree in communications, computer science, or relevant technical field
Experience Minimum of 3 years of technical writing and / or business analyst for a software company
Specialist Knowledge & Skills
Understanding of SDLC, experience working in a software development environment, writing technical documents for customer use
Interpersonal &
Communication Skills Collaborative mindset, excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English, editing and proofreading skills
