As our Manufacturing Supervisor, you will:
Champion and drive the safety of all team members
Build a high-performing work team, coaching employees to achieve continuous improvements
Ensure that your team has proper qualifications, is properly trained, and is motivated to work productively both as part of a team and individually
Review and manage production schedules daily, coordinate and assign employees as required and in accordance with budgeted staffing numbers
Measure line performance against Key Performance Indicators and identify and eliminate the root cause of manufacturing delays and/or reduced throughput
Maintain a high level of customer awareness throughout the manufacturing process and focus on delivering printed material that meets established standards of quality
Qualifications:
5+ years of in a high-volume manufacturing environment
Thorough understanding of line design flow principles and mechanical theory
Continuous improvement mindset using lean manufacturing methodology
Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and motivate a diverse group of employees
Excellent working knowledge of safety programs and OSHA regulations
Must demonstrate the ability to communicate at multiple levels of the organization
