Overview

This role will be diverse and multi-faceted in the duties it requires. The role will assist with assigned projects, including teaming with colleagues, and helping with establishing objectives and timelines. In this role the candidate will help create promotional materials, assist with the development of company websites, organize presentations, and interact with distributors, vendors, and employees. Additionally, in this position the role requires an attention to detail and oversight to ensure materials are in line with the IP brand strategy.

Must be able to effectively collaborate with team members, prioritize and coordinate multiple projects to ensure timely completion. Coordinate projects within budget.

Responsibilities

MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with IP website content creation and maintenance
• Monitor the IP brands social media and online presence
• Announcements edit and distribute electronic announcements
• Support everyday tasks within the marketing/communication function
• Provide support for our distributor partners of marketing collateral and material

Help support employee communication engagement activities & open house events

Qualifications

EDUCATION:
BS in Communications or a related field or equivalent relevant experience preferred

EXPERIENCE:

2 years or more of related communications experience

OTHER SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE/EXPERIENCE:
Communication and organization skills a must.

Writing – stories for newsletters, announcements etc.
Project management.
