About the Role:
The Information Technology Project Manager manages projects related to endpoint services. Endpoint services include endpoint information security, application scripting, electronic software distribution, operating system deployments and migrations, office automation products and browsers, and infrastructure to support endpoint services.
You Will:
Apply knowledge, skills, tools, and techniques to meet project requirements through the application and integration of project management processes.
Acquire resources, assign tasks, and hold personnel accountable to the level of participation required to meet milestones and deliverables.
Work with technical resources and all stakeholders to ensure the project deliverables meet all security and quality objectives through comprehensive design analysis, development, testing, and release of all components.
Responsible for the success or failure of one to five projects at a time, depending on scope.
Develop detailed charters, detailed project plans, and all supporting project management artifacts to ensure achievement of critical success factors on time and within the approved budget.
Lead, organize, and manage the project team to plan the work and work the plan.
Establish risk management plans to identify, rate, and mitigate risks.
Lead weekly project team meetings.
Improve meeting effectiveness and efficiency through the use of purposeful and timely agendas, office automation tools, detailed project plans, and quality meeting minutes.
Provide weekly status and progress reports to management.
Facilitate business analysis activities such as use-case documentation and requirements documentation for business, functional, technical, and non-functional requirements
Manage design review and business acceptance processes.
Manage security assurance processes.
Mentors project analysts.
You Have:
5 to 7 years of project management experience
Experience managing IT projects that deliver results to 10,000 users or greater.
Thorough knowledge of formal project management methodology and the application of PMBOK and industry standard best practices in project management.
Thorough understanding of technology concepts regarding networking infrastructure and distributed computing environments (e.g. operating systems, information security, networks, databases, contingency, and daily operations) to coordinate projects and to identify and resolve cross-system departmental issues.
Ability to influence and achieve results without direct authority
Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to establish and maintain credibility with all levels of management and promote and cultivate quality.
Advanced understanding of technology concepts regarding networking infrastructure and distributed computing environments (e.g. operating systems, network, database, security, contingency and day-to-day operations) to coordinate projects and resolve and identify cross-system departmental issues
Communicates effectively, formally and informally, with colleagues, subordinates and customers, particularly with senior management.
Ability to plan, organize, monitor and control projects ensuring efficient utilization of technical and administrative resources.
Can analyze, diagnose, design, plan, execute and evaluate work to time, cost and quality targets.
Can analyze user requirements and advise users on scope and options for operational improvement
Ability to influence others to elicit desired results or actions

This role allows for the employee to work in a hybrid manner with some work conducted onsite at the Federal Reserve work location and some work conducted remotely. Specific schedule details will be discussed during the recruitment process.
