Description:
Our client is seeking a Willow Analyst or Willow PharmD to complete medication build and Beacon Protocol build.
Responsibilities:
- System Configuration and Maintenance: Design, build, test, implement, and support the Epic Willow application to meet clinical and operational needs.
- Workflow Analysis and Optimization: Assess and re-engineer pharmacy workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- End-User Support and Training: Provide support and training to end-users to ensure they can effectively use the system.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve issues related to the Epic Willow application.
- Collaboration: Work closely with other IT and clinical staff to integrate the Willow application with other systems and ensure seamless operation.
- Documentation: Maintain detailed documentation of system configurations, changes, and procedures.
Required Skill: Willow Certification
